These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 777betwin platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. Please read them carefully before using any service on 777betwin.
18+ Age Requirement
777betwin is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage players are permanently closed and funds returned to the depositing payment source.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on 777betwin. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated balances pending a full compliance review.
KYC Verification Required
Players must complete identity and payment verification (KYC) before making withdrawals. Providing false documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions detailed at the time of the offer. Misuse of promotional funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Fraud & Collusion Prohibited

1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
- "Platform"

- "Account"
- The unique registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, which holds their balance, transaction history, bonus status, and personal verification data.
- "Player" / "User"
- Any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and uses its services, whether for betting, gaming, or any other permitted activity.
- "Balance"
- The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, each tracked separately by the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds"
- Credits awarded by 777betwin through promotional offers. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
- "Wagering Requirement"
- The total monetary value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC"
- Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process Players must complete before withdrawals are processed. Documents may include national ID, passport, and proof of payment method ownership.
- "Eligible Jurisdiction"
- A country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their access is lawful in their location.
- "Transaction"
- Any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, bonus debit, or adjustment applied to a Player's Account balance.
- "Prohibited Conduct"
- Any behaviour described in Section 8 of these Terms as being strictly forbidden on the Platform, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and abuse of promotional systems.
- "Force Majeure"
- Any event beyond the reasonable control of 777betwin, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment system outages.
- "BST"
- Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6. All time references on the Platform, including transaction timestamps, promotion deadlines, and support hours, are expressed in BST.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature offered by 777betwin, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
- You have read and agree to the 777betwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- You have read and agree to the 777betwin Responsible Gaming policy, including the self-exclusion and deposit-limit provisions.
- You are of legal age (18 years or older) and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party. All bets and transactions must be placed using your own funds and for your own account.
- You understand that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose money deposited into your account.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
You do not need to sign a physical document for these Terms to become binding. Your acceptance is implied by any of the following actions:
- Clicking the registration confirmation checkbox
- Completing account registration
- Making a first deposit
- Placing a bet or spinning a game
- Claiming a bonus or promotional offer
- Logging in after an update to these Terms has been published
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

- Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the 777betwin Platform or any other gambling platform that has entered into information-sharing arrangements with 777betwin.
- Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on the Platform.
777betwin reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended and all pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved. If a Player is found to be under 18, all funds will be returned to the original deposit method and the account permanently closed. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or gamble on this Platform. 777betwin employs age-verification technology and manual review processes to detect underage access. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
4. Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the Platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals, you must register an account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of accounts on 777betwin:
Registration Requirements

- One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.

Account Security

- 777betwin will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone.
You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 777betwin may at any time require you to re-verify your identity or payment method details as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Players who register from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or any other location within Bangladesh are subject to the same registration rules. There are no location-specific exemptions within Bangladesh.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours.
- 777betwin does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits made with active bonus codes will have the relevant bonus applied automatically on receipt. Bonus terms apply.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. A completed KYC review is required before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 1–4 hours during operational hours (08:00–02:00 BST).
- 777betwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger automated fraud detection flags.
- Withdrawals of bonus winnings are only permitted after the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
777betwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cricket season boosts, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:
- Eligibility: Each bonus offer will specify the eligible player group (e.g., new registrations, existing players, players who have not deposited within a specified period). Only one bonus may typically be claimed per promotional period per account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements vary by offer and typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
- Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The game contribution table for each promotion is available on the promotions page.
- Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Abuse: 777betwin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome ("matched betting" schemes exploiting welcome offers).
- Maximum bonus win: Certain promotions carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be won using bonus funds. Any winnings above the stated cap will be removed when the bonus is settled.
777betwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in progress for a Player will be honoured under the terms active at the time of opt-in, unless the promotion was awarded in error or resulted from a technical fault.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each betting market and game lobby and form part of these Terms by reference.
- Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. 777betwin is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each betting market and game has specified minimum and maximum stakes, which may vary based on the event, market type, Player account tier, or current risk exposure. 777betwin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
- In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds may change between the time a bet is requested and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change materially before confirmation, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
- Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled or abandoned, if a clear error was made in the market setup, or if the event did not proceed under the conditions originally described (e.g., a cricket match played at a different venue or with significantly altered conditions).
- Palpable errors: 777betwin reserves the right to void bets and cancel payouts that resulted from palpably incorrect odds. A "palpable error" is defined as an odds quotation that is clearly and materially wrong — for example, decimal odds of 1.01 offered for an event where the market consensus is 3.50 or higher.
- Results and settlements: Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO for boxing, FIFA for football, etc.). In the absence of an official result within a reasonable time frame, 777betwin will use the result published by the primary data provider and may delay settlement at its discretion.
- Casino games: The outcome of all casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, virtual sports) is determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live table event. 777betwin does not manipulate game outcomes.
- Disconnections: 777betwin is not liable for bets or game rounds affected by disconnection on the Player's side. For games where disconnection during a round can cause ambiguity, the Platform's server- side state will be treated as the authoritative record of the round's outcome.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:
Financial Prohibited Acts
- Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you are not an authorised user.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after wagering deposited funds.
- Using the Platform to launder money or to transfer funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
- Exploiting payment processing errors to obtain credits without a corresponding valid deposit.
Gameplay Prohibited Acts
- Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
- Placing bets on both sides of the same market using multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free profit.
- Using insider information about sporting events to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
Account Prohibited Acts
- Registering more than one account, whether directly or indirectly through a family member, household member, or associate sharing the same payment method or device.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing a 777betwin account.
- Accessing a self-excluded account through any means, including re-registration with different details.
Platform Misuse
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
- Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the Platform's systems.
- Harvesting data from the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent from 777betwin.
- Using the Platform's communication tools (live chat, support ticketing) to send spam, abusive messages, or unsolicited commercial communications.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper operation of the Platform, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 777betwin logo and brand identity, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 777betwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gambling activity. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content and does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit any Platform content in any form or by any means without prior written consent from 777betwin.
- Use the 777betwin name, logo, or brand identity in any manner that could imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by 777betwin without express written permission.
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
Third-party game content available on the Platform (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. 777betwin distributes such content under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party games.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 777betwin regarding the Platform may be used by us without obligation to compensate you, and by submitting such feedback you assign all intellectual property rights in it to 777betwin.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777betwin shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
- Gambling losses: 777betwin is not liable for any funds lost through gambling activity on the Platform. All gambling involves risk and Players accept this risk freely and voluntarily.
- Service interruptions: 777betwin is not liable for losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform, including scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events.
- Data loss: 777betwin is not liable for any loss of account data caused by events outside our reasonable control, including cyber attacks. However, 777betwin maintains regular backups and will use reasonable endeavours to restore data in the event of a system failure.
- Third-party failures: 777betwin is not liable for the failure of any third-party payment processor (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank) to process a transaction, nor for any delay, loss, or fee imposed by such providers.
- Consequential loss: In no event shall 777betwin be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777betwin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits you made to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 777betwin's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by 777betwin
777betwin may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Suspected breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicious betting patterns that trigger automated risk controls.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals. 777betwin will endeavour to resolve suspensions arising from routine compliance checks within 5 business days. More complex investigations may take longer.
Closure and Fund Return
777betwin may permanently close an account in cases of confirmed Terms breach, confirmed fraud, confirmed underage use, or at the Player's own request via a voluntary closure or self-exclusion. Upon closure:
- Any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings that are subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
- A Player who has closed their account voluntarily may request re-opening after a cooling-off period, subject to identity re-verification. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

12. Changes to These Terms
777betwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance.
